With nearly a decade of experience on the Marketing and Sales Operations team, I established and optimized HubSpot's own instance within the company. Beyond that, I also collaborated with the Product team to pioneer novel functionalities and solutions (live chat, predictive lead scoring), catering to both internal stakeholders and our customer base.

Over the past three years, I've had the privilege of assisting more than 15 clients. These engagements have ranged from collaborating with nimble small teams to partnering with expansive corporations boasting over 4,000 employees.

User Permissions: Manage user permissions and scoping processes, to safeguard cleanup efforts.

GDPR Compliance: Implement GDPR measures and email subscription types on contact creation processes.

Integration Management: Handle 3rd party integrations, including data enrichment tools, sales outreach, and marketing call tracking.

How It Works

Step 1: Introductory Meeting

Setup initial call to discuss the specific business challenges and how I can help.

Step 2: Follow Up

Client fills out a “Current State & Future State” document to set up the discussion and complete a walk through of the HS portal itself.

Step 3: Finalize Project Scope & Sign Contract

I do both project based and hourly contracts, depending on the clients needs. Contracts are generally 25-50 hours for $8,000-$14,000 and we work through this at a weekly rate of approximately 3-8 hours/week.
